actually they say he is dad, and he calls me "mom" so I guess these are my grandsons?!

Drug usage and HIV aids is a HUGE problem in Ukraine with little education, or prevention or assistance available. A friend of ours is a recovered and transformed man who knows the healing, delivering power of God. Ivan has a farm on some acerage in eastern Ukraine about 4 hours southeast of Kiev in Kremanchuk. God has given him a great heart and hope for the almost 600 men and women who have been through his program. He is a very high retention rate of over 100 recovered lives, many reunited with their families, working in full time jobs, or in the ministry. Men and women fully recovered from the ravages of drugs and alcohol. Praise God! Ivan's program is a Spirit, Soul and body workout and he keeps everyone busy with bible school, regular studies, working in the fields, the farm, the smoke house,or caring for the animals. He has a wonderful wife and 5 children and this year he hopes to build another building on the land to house his family and the staff's families with meeting rooms on the first floor. Please pray for Ivan for wisdom, strength and increase.

July 2019 Update One of the high points of summer is always our 8 day long church camp. The turning of a page....

Don't you just love opening a brand new beautiful and colorful notebook, grabbing your favorite pen and deciding what to write on that clean, white page? Or do you hesitate, wondering what if you mess the page up, or your ink runs out or you misspell something or you spill coffee on it???  Sometimes that first word, on the first page is the hardest.  BUT go for it!!! Jump right in! It's a brand new day, a brand new month and time's a wasting!!! I woke up this morning after a great night's sleep, ( which is somewhat rare) Remembered a dream I had (sometimes happens)...in which I Spoke a sentence in Polish and it seemed correct (and short :-) (an absolute first!) I realized then it was August first and I could turn the page on my calendar!! and in that small act of turning a page, I sensed a shift, a much bigger SHIFT. Suddenly, anything was possible, everything was possible!!! Everything was new,  new mercies, new grace, new favor, a new start, new creative ideas

What life is like in Poland!!

I am overwhelmed with the hospitality, the helpfulness and the love of the Polish people! I believe most Polish people have these characteristics but I know I am right now smack in the middle of God's "Uncommon Treasure's" and right in the middle of a refreshing move of the Spirit. The River of God is rising all around the world and He does not want anyone to miss it!!! I have rented an apartment in the downtown area, close to the church and as most of you will not be surprised to hear...it has become a "HUB" of activities!!! On my first Sunday speaking of the new time and the new things God wanted to do, He gave this scripture: Isa 65.8 Thus says the Lord: "As the new wine is found in the cluster,  and they say, 'Do not destroy it, for there is a blessing in it,'" ESV  We began then to add more "clusters", gathering people and being aware of who wasn't yet joined int he cluster.  I began holding ladies meetings every Friday
