November ministry trip Hungary & Croatia

Image
Apostle John Dean was here in Hungary for the first week of November meeting pastors in Hungary and Croatia, looking for those to work towards "Combining the Fires".  We had some very special meetings in Ujszasz and Budapest before heading to Varazdin, Croatia.    John with Pastor Dominic in front of his church  Traveling with the men folk!  The flag of Croatia  The castle area And the "Fires combined!!" It was extra special for me and Jim Person to be in Varazdin visiting a Pastor with a very successful work in that area because in 2004 God called me to go to pray in this city. I traveled there alone a number of times and then in later years the Person family would come with me.  So exciting to see what God has done and to imagine what He might do!!

October's GOIAM Conference

Image
As is my habit, I attended GOIAM, an Apostolic conference held every October in Nashua, New Hampshire. This year's conference was especially inspiring. The sessions could be listened to  by clicking here.   Our host is Pastor Paul Berube, Grace Fellowship,  a long time friend, and excellent pastor.  This event is always a strengthening and a coming together of friends old and new. This year's was no exception but may have had an even greater level of anointing, preaching and prophecies.  Pastor ,Paul Berube and Prophet, Alan Ross both dear friends for many years  Always an extra special time when I can spend it with my son, Pastor Michael Ackerbauer  R.T. International Church events

Our monthly bi-lingual events at the International Church are being well liked and well attended. I love being partnered once again, with my dear friend, Kata Bartha as she is translating for me. Here she is in action with a recent guest speaker, Dan Hirsch. Dan has got a real burden for Hungary and Budapest in particular, and hopes to move here with his family next year.  Special guests included these lovely sisters. We had heard of each other for many years and were so happy to meet. Some of their order will settle in Hungary with a prayer assignment form  the Lord. they willa lso be learning Hungarian as they are very evangelistic, wanting all to come to the Lord.

Pro-Life Conference at the Hungarian Parliment

Image
A beautiful day - a fabulous opportunity!!!  Some of the attendees from the "Shout for Life" Crisis Pregnancy Center (who invited me to attend)  Cell phone photos do not do the ornate, gilded halls justice. Everything was ornate and beautiful!!  The main "Opera" Hall where the parlimenteers convene. This is the main podium.  The name of the conference was "Life: It's a gift"  Two of the main presenters. Sharon Slater (www.familywatchinternational.org) and Carlo Casini, a member of the European Union and the President of the Italian Pro-Life movement and party. Because Ed Bergs (Shout for Life) and I needed translation for some of the conference, we sat directly behind the guest speakers. In fact any of their photos taken from here would feature me behind and between them :-). Did anyone see me on television?  Zsuzsa (Susan) and Ed Bergs, directors of "Shout for Life" Crisis Pregnancy Center. I work with the c

Mikhaila and her tender, sweet heart!!

Image
Mikhaila and cousin Veronica after heart procedure 27 September Thank you so much to everyone who lifted our family up in prayers, well wishes and good thoughts!! God heard from on high and used an excellent pediatric, cardiac surgery team and hospital to work through.  There were some anxious moments for Grandma Jilly being so far away. For example, in hour 3 receiving the report that the surgeon was having trouble "tricking" the heart into symptoms that would then lead to diagnosis and repair. The choices being - burning or freezing the troublesome tissue.  In actuality, (reported in a couple anxious (for me) hours later), the problem was super easy to induce and diagnosis.  The surgeon chose to freeze rather than burn the tissue and that took longer. Whew! After a couple hours in recovery, Mikhail was moved to her hospital room and the party began! She came home the next day, Friday 28th and is recovering. She says her legs ache but if they are better on Monday, sh

God surprised me with an intercessor from Malaysia

Her husband and team and been in Western Europe, praying in Norway, Greece and Italy and then Ruth went alone to Bulgaria and Macedonia. From there she asked a prayer leader for any contact in Budapest because the Lord was asking her to go there. She sent an email to that contact, who was unavailable but suggested she contact me. I picked her up last Saturday at the airport and we spent 4 days together before she trained to Prague. It really was a divine appointment for me. This weekend she rejoined her team in Paris and they head back to Hong Kong Sunday. On Sunday, she ministered at our church International Chu
