Wonderful time of worship, pray and bible teaching with our countryside home group. My faithful angel neighbors brought a new person and we had an out of town guest, too. Our subject was "Following Jesus in water baptism" and I am delighted to say that 2 people were eager to do just that!!  Watch this space for that big event - they prefer to do it when the lake water gets a bit warmer. :-)

Celebration of Joy - Ministry theme for First Quarter of 2011

Getting ready to return to Arad, Romania to start this year's ladies meetings with missionary friend, Jackie R. I train out tomorrow arriving Arad around 8 pm. Jackie will meet and we will prepare for our meeting on Saturday at 5pm.  We head out around 2 to set up the hall and get things arranges, welcome the worship team, talk with the translator, etc.  We usually minister until 7.30. On Sunday, I will minister at Jackie's gypsy church in Vinga. That is always a treat for me. I must return on Monday as I have a full schedule in Budapest on Tuesday. Building the Spiritual house in the countryside

Image
God is not just working on the natural house here but also the Spiritual house. This summer we began having a monthly homegroup which has been a great blessing. So far it has been our friends from Budapest, Laci, Csilla and Kata and the "seed" group in the country Sandor, Eva, Andi and me.  Our time together is spent in worship, prayer and a bible study. We have also shared communion together.  Recently, Sandor prayed for a lady in this village and she got healed. She will be joining us for our next group which was supposed to be this week but everyone's schedule shifted and we are working on a time when most people are available. Please join us in prayer for that good date to be soon! Andi & Eva, Kata & Eva, Csilla and one of her sons, Laci and communion (Sandor must have been camera shy)
