Happy Easter, which in Hungarian is....

NAGYON BOLDOG ALDOTT HUSVETI UNNEPEKET KIVANUNK!
A very happy and blessed Easter celebration to you all!!

And in the United Kingdom and beyond the custom is to say ..He is Risen! -and the response is ...... He is Risen Indeed!!

and how utterly blessed we are by that truth - there was and still is Resurrection life after the cross!!

I was marveling once again about the account of the "Certain women" who were going to the tomb to anoint His body. On the way, they were talking amongst themselves and wondering how they were ever going to move the very large stone. Then "they looked up" and it was already moved away!" And then ...the amazing news, He is risen! He is not here. (Mark 16:1-6)

Do you ever talk, or think, or meditate on a "large" obstacle in front of you that seems to be blocking the way? Lord, help us to "look up" and "see" what You have done, to "see" that You have already made a way, the large obstacle is already moved.

Let us encourage ourselves this Blessed weekend - that no matter how "blocked" our way seems, there is One who has cleared the way, the One who in fact IS the Way! and the One who's work on the cross is a finished work. Death could not hold him, death has been swallowed up in Victory. He is Risen and He is ALIVE!!

May this Easter find you seated around the table of His goodess towards you!

with love, Mary Jill

Thank you so much Mary Jill.

Because of your website posting, I was able to wish my beautiful sister-in-law, a Happy Easter in her native tongue, Hungarian.

She, my brother, and my adorable 2-year old nephew are currently living in Brussels, and it felt so good to be able to wish her a Happy Easter in her own language as well.

Happy Easter to you as well!

Sincerely,
